Reporting to the Vice President for University Advancement, the Director of Corporate, Foundation, and
Government Giving will be responsible for increasing funding from foundations, corporations, and other institutional funders through effective prospect research, persuasive proposals, and compliance with and

Corazón Healdsburg   Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer will assume day-to-day operating and oversight responsibility for Corazón Healdsburg, including Organizational Development, Fundraising, Financial Management, Community Engagement/Outreach, Staff Supervision, Operations/Administration, and Board Relations. In partnership with the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for setting vision and direction for the organization to fully accomplish its mission of bridging the racial and economic divides in Northern Sonoma County.    Director of Development

The Development Director serves as a key member of the leadership team and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting the organization. This position will be responsible for all fundraising and development activities.  S/he will be responsible for cultivating and leveraging key relationships and contacts with high net-worth individuals, foundations, and philanthropists to build a loyal donor base, ensure engaged donors, and secure major gifts. Additionally, this role will have primary responsibility for establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to raise all private revenue annually, expanding and diversifying the organization’s donor base/pipeline, as well as working closely with other team members to secure support for new initiatives.
